The Qualities of a Good Leader: Response

I believe that intelligence is one of the qualifications for leadership. Although, honesty/communication, having a sense of humor, confidence, commitment, creativity, and positive attitude are also key. When selecting the leader of our Animal Farm group, we took commitment, confidence, communication, and creativity into consideration. The 4 C's. When it comes to qualities in a leader, they need to be fully committed in what they're standing for. If you expect someone, like a team, to have efficient work, the leader must set the example. Equality can be shown if the leader is working alongside their team. This can also give them lots of motivation to work as hard and gain the leader's respect. They have to be confident and creative. If all goes bad at any time, the leader has to keep calm and stay confident. This way, everyone can keep working forward towards the goal. As a leader, it is important to think outside of the box. Other ideas or possibilities should be acknowledged because they may be the conclusion you were looking for, maybe even a faster, more efficient way.
Communication: Knowing what you want may seem crystal clear in your mind, but if you try to explain it to someone and they have no idea what you're talking about, there's a problem. Being able to clearly explain to someone what you want is extremely important.
